JARC a program of Home of New Vision, and is recognized as a member of Faces and Voices of Recovery's Association of Recovery Community Organization. Our Vision is to eliminate the negative perception of addiction and enhance the face of recovery through community outreach with the goal of saving lives and families through advocacy and awareness of recovery from substance use disorder.
